Our olive oil is produced by Francois, a passionate and proud olive farmer from Canet Lo Roig who produces some of the best oil in the region. He is committed to using traditional methods to cultivate his olive trees and harvesting the olives by hand to ensure the highest quality product. Francois believes that the key to making great olive oil is to use only the best olives, and he is dedicated to producing a premium product that stands out from the rest.
